Course info
This MSc programme focuses on the interface between human nutrition and food science, an area of increasing concern to consumers, government and the food industry. This type of programme is possible because of the establishment, within the School of Food Biosciences, of the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition, a major new centre for human nutrition research. To have an active nutrition group working alongside food scientists and technologists is unique.

Entry Requirements
At least a second class Honours degree, or equivalent qualification, in a pure or applied science. The programme may also suit scientists already working in the food industry seeking to extend their nutritional knowledge.
