This programme is for candidates already in full time employment, working in the construction and property management sectors, who wish to gain a professional qualification in Construction Cost Management. Property and construction cost consultants provide services to clients of the construction and property industries by the professional application of economic, financial, engineering, design, management and communication skills. The MSc in Construction Cost Management is designed to provide the basis of these skills for good graduates from all disciplines. The programme is run in association with the major UK construction and property cost management consultants and is taken while in employment. It offers the opportunity for those in employment with one of the leading firms in the field on a fast track, management training scheme with sponsorship on the programme. It is taught with eight, one-week attendance periods at the University and is integrated with the student's employment activities and the employer's training programmes.

Entry Requirements
Applicants require a good honours degree or its equivalent. Any place offered on the course will be conditional upon obtaining employment with a firm of construction cost consultants, quantity surveyors or project managers who have a recognised training programme. The firms listed on the ccm website will consider applicants for employment.
