This course is designed for individuals who have experience with Communication Server 1000 systems using Release 4.5 software and require knowledge of the new Communication Server 1000 Release 5.0.Note: Customers must have experience with CS 1000 systems running Release 4.5 software and a current knowledge of Voice over IP fundamentals for the Nortel CS 1000 product portfolio, including IP Line.
