The energy of the Full Moon gives us the opportunity to think about what we want to release from our lives. You will be taken through a guided meditation in order to relax you and to enable you to tap into your subconscious mind. You will be guided to write down what you want to release from your life. You will then be taken through a gentle releasing process that will bring about a sense of release and well-being. The session will finish with a guided planetary healing meditation. This is an opportunity to get together with like minded souls in a comfortable environment. The most powerful time to release all that you no longer want in your life is just before the Full Moon. The Cosmic Releasing ® method is available in this workshop format on a day close to the Full Moon so that you can tap into this powerful energy and focus on what you want to release from your life.
