Course info
Understading of the historic environment, historical development of buildings and landscapes, historic building legislation, urban conservation and economics. Practical conservation techniques, reusing historic buildings procurement, management and facilities management of projects and buildings. This course includes the research skills and techniques appropriate to complete the dissertation; critical awareness of the research process; research methods and presentation of results; appreciation of the rigour, objectivity and refection necessary to undertake and manage the research process.
